Our 2010 vintage is a fruit driven wine style, aromatic, with minimal winemaking intervention to reflect the true characteristics of our stony Dashwood soils. It is zesty, with a refreshing palate weight complimented by steely mineral flavours.
Food Accompaniments :
Grilled or poached fish, New Zealand green-lip mussels, crayfish, oysters, quiche, pâté, salads and chicken.
